1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Octobere" means Octobere Lifestyle Concierge, operating globally with its principal office in London, United Kingdom.
  • "Services" means the concierge, lifestyle management, travel, events, real estate, and related services provided by Octobere.
  • "Client" means any individual or entity that requests or receives Services from Octobere.
  • "Membership" means a subscription-based service that provides access to enhanced concierge benefits.
  • "Website" means octobere.com and all associated subdomains and pages.
  • "Supplier" means any third-party vendor, partner, or service provider engaged by Octobere on behalf of a Client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, submitting a request for Services, or registering for Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Octobere reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Services

Octobere provides bespoke concierge and lifestyle management services to Clients worldwide. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Travel planning and logistics
  • VIP event access and exclusive experiences
  • Real estate acquisition and management
  • Lifestyle management and personal assistance
  • Medical and wellness coordination
  • Education and art advisory
  • Corporate and executive support

All Services are provided on a case-by-case basis. Octobere will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil each request but does not guarantee the availability of any particular product, service, or experience.

4. Membership

Membership is available to individuals and businesses. Membership benefits, fees, and terms are outlined at the time of application. Octobere reserves the right to accept or decline any Membership application at its sole discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Octobere may suspend or terminate Membership if a Member violates these Terms.

5. Requests and Communications

Clients may submit requests via telephone, email, WhatsApp, or through the Website. Octobere will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Octobere is not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services will be communicated to the Client prior to engagement. Payment terms are as agreed between Octobere and the Client. Membership fees are payable annually or as otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Octobere reserves the right to charge additional fees for services rendered outside the scope of Membership.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Octobere acts as an agent on behalf of the Client when engaging Suppliers. The contract for the provision of goods or services from a Supplier is between the Client and the Supplier. Octobere is not liable for any act or omission of any Supplier. Suppliers may have their own terms and conditions which apply to the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octobere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or Website. Octobere's total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits Octobere's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Octobere or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Octobere is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Termination

Octobere may suspend or terminate access to the Services or Website at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Octobere or third parties. Clients may terminate their Membership by providing written notice in accordance with the Membership terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
