Ethical Requests and Anti-Bribery Policy

Octobere provides high-touch operational support, but we will not support requests that are unlawful, unsafe, exploitative or designed to improperly influence a person, public official, supplier, venue, airline, airport, border authority or decision-maker.

1. Our position

Octobere does not tolerate bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, fraud, unlawful access, misuse of confidential information or improper influence in any part of our business.

2. Requests we will not support

  • Requests involving bribes, facilitation payments or improper payments.
  • Requests designed to bypass legal, immigration, security, airport or border requirements.
  • Requests involving forged documents, false declarations or misleading information.
  • Requests involving exploitation, harassment, discrimination, illegal goods or unsafe conduct.
  • Requests that would place Octobere staff, suppliers, partners, travellers or the public at risk.
  • Requests that would damage the integrity of an airport, venue, supplier or public authority process.

3. Gifts, hospitality and access

Octobere may arrange hospitality, access and experiences where this is lawful and appropriate. Hospitality must never be used to improperly influence a decision or obtain an improper advantage. Where a request involves corporate hospitality, public officials, procurement, tenders or regulated sectors, Octobere may ask for additional information or decline the request.

4. Supplier and partner expectations

Suppliers and partners must not offer, request, accept or facilitate bribes or improper advantages in connection with Octobere services. Any suspected bribery or unethical conduct should be reported to hello@octobere.com.

5. Right to refuse or stop a request

Octobere may refuse, suspend or cancel any request if we believe it may be unlawful, unethical, unsafe, misleading, exploitative or inconsistent with our standards.
